Objective: Modify an existing DTD to define element attributes, general entities, and parameter entities.

This exercise is worth a total of 5 points. To receive full credit, you will need to modify the DTD you created in the previous exercise to include attributes and entity definitions. Once you have completed your answer you will submit it to a tutor.

In the previous exercise, you created a DTD for the business order form. In this exercise, you will revise the DTD to include definitions for element attributes, general entities, and parameter entities.
